Very interesting and varied walk with good views over Chestire plain. Many paths, broad and narrow in woods. Easy to become lost. Allow plenty of time to explore. Good parking except during tourusts times at car park shown on map. Disturbed couple in wood at '12'. Forgot to visit the Wizard's Well.
Hazards:
Look out for hanging caterpillars from the trees, and deer in the woods.
