Larry drove us to Hanbury Hall car park, where we started the walk around the estate. There were good views of the Hall as we walked towards Hanbury Church, closely observed by the local bull. We studied the map to arrive at the isolated St Mary's Parish Church, Hanbury. We discussed the bells with a couple of helpers in the church. Apparently the eight bells are very popular with visiting bands. In sight of the Droitwich transmitters we crossed the fields to the Worcester and Birmingham Canal by Bridge 40. We stopped at Lock 18, by the lock keeper's cottage, to have lunch in the sunshine. We continued along the canal to Bridge 36, just after the railway Bridge 37. We passed the farm and the Hall back to the car park. One of the stiles near the estate had a sign 'Woofs and Wellies Walk'. Yet another good Cousins' Walk.
