Left Sylvia in car reading book. Strenuous varied walk with 463ft of ascent. Excellent cliff views in all directions. Path was easy to follow, if directions are observed. Popular walk despite the dull and windy weather. Care required at cliff edge and trigg point, especially in gusty wind. Needed attention when using timer on camera as there was a threat from wind blowing camera off the trigg point. Flock of sheep on cliff side of fence by trig point. Watched ferry across Fishguard Bay into harbour.

Path now continues straight ahead to carpark at '5'. Dropped digital camera from pocket while taking boots off, luckily camera is still working.
