I walked with Laz and Ken. Dennis walked up Miners’ Track but returned to Pen y Pass before we returned from the summit. He tried to travel to the summit on the train but it was fully booked. I took a photo of four girls who asked me to take a picture for them at the start of the walk. The track, which was very busy for a weekday, was fully paved, especially on steep sections. It was very busy on the summit, particularly when a steam train arrived at the station. We contemplated a visit to Crib y Ddysgl but cloud surrounded the top as we descended to Bwlch Glas, so we gave it a miss this time. There were excellent views from the top in all directions at first, but after a while the cloud gathered from the n/w and surrounded the top for a short period before we started our journey down.
