Very varied and interesting walk. Steep inclines in places. Very good views from the topograph on Dover's Hill. Chased by horse in field adjacent to Broadway Tower. Did not have time to look inside tower. Thousands of poppies growing in field 2.75 miles. Steep descent from 4 to 5 miles.
Hazards:
Walking boots required. Ground steep in places. Take care not to miss the Kiftsgate Stone. Despite the stiles, it is very easy to miss path between the Mile Drive and the road at the entrance to the Country Park. Big car park on A44 at the entrance to the Country Park.
