Very good fell walk. Good views and scenery.
Steep climb to top of Winder Fell.
The lake, as described on the view from Winder Fell, is not of Windermere but Killington Reservoir by the M6 southbound services.
Hazards:
Walk very steep in places. No stone walls on the fell, only around the outside of the fell. Car park may be full during high season.
